Vet Tech or Nurse
Job Description
- Performing diagnostic test and x rays
- Preparing animals and instrument for surgery
- Administrate medication, vaccine and treatment under Vet supervisor
- Providing emergency first aid or general nursing care
- Observing and report on the behaviour and condition of animal
- Restraining animal for examination or treatment
- Administering anesthesia and assisting during medical procedures and surgeries
- Collecting and recording animal case histories
- Take care of hospital and ward patients
Job Requirements: –
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Veterinary Medicine
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field;
- Work independently or with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Display a good work ethic and friendly and cheerful disposition
- Maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality
- Pursue professional development for the continual improvement of animal care
- Open to new ideas and learnings
